Mandarin Sauce

1 1/4 cup orange juice, divided

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 11-oz. cans mandarin oranges

1 tbsp honey


Bring 1 cup orange juice to a boil in a small saucepan.

Combine remaining 1/4 cup juice juice and cornstarch, then stir into boiling juice.

Heat until thickened.

Stir in oranges and honey.

Heat 1 minute.

Serve over cheesecake.
